Receipts are provided after each session and may be submitted to your insurance provider for full or partial reimbursement.

Payment can be made via internet e-transfer or major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Payment details are reviewed prior to beginning sessions.

Yes. Psychotherapy services provided by regulated psychotherapists are HST-exempt.

Session frequency depends on your needs, goals, availability, and what you are hoping to work on in therapy.
Many clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. Over time, session frequency can be adjusted collaboratively based on progress, current stressors, and what feels supportive and sustainable.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to the full session fee, except in emergency or exceptional circumstances.

For non-urgent concerns between sessions, please use the agreed-upon communication method and note that responses may not be immediate.
